Here is a chili recipe from Intuitive Foodies to keep you warm
INSTANT POT: Quick Stew/Chili
Smoked tomato (Juice only): we smoked tomatoes and strained the juice out to make a veggie STOCK base for the chili.
Ground meat saute in (IP) till browned (use EVOO)
Add in tomato juice and chopped veggies (zucchini, squash, carrots, red onion, and garlic); saute for 10min.
Add in 2 cans of beans: I used kidney and black beans. Season with salt, pepper, turmeric, cumin, paprika, and 2 bay leaves.
Close and secure lid, then hit the STEW button adjust to 30min. Natural release finish.
Serve in bowl and top with full FAT sour cream, diced green onions and cilantro.
